The official working language of the conference is English.
Congress Venue and Transport
The Congress venue is the Kervansaray Hotel Lara, located in the center of Antalya. About 12km from Antalya Airport. Registration and all scientific sessions will take place in the Kervansaray Hotel Lara, Antalya. There will be also a registration and information desk serving speakers and delegates during the Congress.
More Information About Transport From Airports
You can take a taxi from the airport. A taxi stand is located outside the arrival area, in front of the Terminal Building. Taxi service is provided the Antalya Airport Taxi Cooperative.
Each taxi is metered and there are two different rates.After midnight ( 24:00) till morning (06:00) it will cost 50% more than the daytime fare.
Badges and Identification
Upon registration, each participant will receive a name badge to be worn at all times during the Congress activities and social events .Invitations to social events will be collected by entry.

For money exchange, there are 4 cash machines providing banking services 24 hours by three different banks are located at suitable points throughout the terminal. There is a change office in the Arrivals hall and a branch in the Departures hall.
Official Letter of Invitation
An official letter of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties will be sent on request, after approval of the Scientific Committee. It must be understood that such letters do not grant any financial support.
Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance will be obtained by request during or after the Congress. Please request during or after the Congress. Please contact the Registration Desk upon arrival.
Passport, Visas

The registration and information desk at the Congress venue will serve speakers, delegate and accompanying persons.
Climate and clothing
Antalya enjoys a Mediterranean Climate and a high temperature throughout the year, especially during the season of the conference. We would advise not to carry heavy clothing with you. But, it will be necessary to have an additional sweater for participants who want to joint the post meeting tour to Cappadocia.

Banking
Banking services are available at the airport. There is a cash dispenser at airport and various throughout the city centre. Banks are open 9.00 – 17.00 Monday – Friday. Major credit cards are accepted in most shops, restaurants and bars.
Communication
Public telephones operate with coins, cellular phones can be rented. Internet cafes are popular in the city centre.
Currency
The Turkish currency is Turkish Lira. You can change your currency at the airport or at travel agencies in the city centre. Most major hotels have a currency exchange.
Electricity
In Turkey, the standard voltage is 220 Volts AC, 50 Hz. The standard plug is the 2 square twin pin type. Shaver outlets are 2 pin.

Insurance / Liability
The Congress is not insured to meet any claims arising from incidents during the Congress. It is the responsibility of participants, exhibitors and accompanying persons to be properly insured.
Internet access
Internet cafes are available throughout the city. It is also possible to get internet connections in most hotels.
Post Office
The main post office is in the city centre on Gulluk Street, Antalya. Post boxes are painted bright yellow.
